English: A plot that illustrates the complexity of a password, depending on its length and the set of characters used. The complexity is measured by the time needed to crack the password with a bruteforce attack. The time (expressed in secondes) is estimated considering a machine comparing 38177487 hashes (arbitrary value obtained on a typical workstation in 2008 by comparing LM hashes). Beware of the logarithmic scale.
