This is probably best to discuss on the Wikipedia side. I'd say you could definitely do a frame showing the bomb, probably do an additional frame showing the explosion, but I think the full video, even sped up, is too much for fair use on Wikipedia. Based5290 (talk) 02:02, 23 January 2026 (UTC)

 Delete per ruwiki article this is the logo of an "upnncoming game" (as in: the game is still in development; quote: будущая компьютерная игра в жанре survival horror) and as such the logo is out of COM:SCOPE. Furthermore, the game is being developed by a Russian-Croatian company, and, I don't know about Croatia but the threshold of originality in Russia is so low that even a simple black square is protected by copyright (see COM:TOO Russia). According to article 1276 of the Civil Code of Russia in the amendment of October 1, 2014, it shall be allowed to reproduce "works of architecture, of urban development, and of garden and landscape design" for any purpose and without consent of the copyright holder(s), provided that these works are "situated in places open for free attendance, or visible from such places". Note that for any other kind of artwork, even if permanently situated in public place (for example, statues and monuments), this exception is still limited to non-commercial usage which is not compatible with Commons:Licensing. The mural was painted in 2014 by the living artist Poki. It was made within a project which, reading from here, it was probably commissioned by the municipality. Therefore it could be possible that the mural will fall in PD in Italy in 2035, but not in the US, where my guess it's that it'd be considered a work for hire. Lieber Lukas, vielen Dank für Deinen Hinweis. Allerdings bin ich der Meinung, dass Aufnahmen in öffentlich zugänglichen Bereichen der Deutschen Bahn erlaubt sind, siehe hierzu . M.E. fällt mein Motiv unter die von der Duetschen Bahn erteilte Genehmigung für Hobbyfotografen. Falls Du der gleichen Auffassung bist, bitte ich Dich,den Löschantrag zurückzunehmen.

Hallo Michael. Ich werde den Löschantrag nicht zurücknehmen. Zu diesem Fall gab es bereits dutzende Löschanträge in Berlin und anderen deutschen Großstädten. Zusätzlich wurde das gesamte Thema sehr groß in unseren Foren debattiert und wir sind zu dem Ergebnis gekommen, dass diese Bilder nach aktueller Rechtslage leider nicht auf Commons bleiben können. Kurz gesagt, Panoramafreiheit gilt in Deutschland nicht für Innenaufnahmen, das schließt auch öffentliche Innenräume, darunter Bahnhöfe mit ein. Die Deutsche Bahn gestattet Hobby Fotografen zwar das Fotografieren an sich. Das umfasst aber nicht die Erlaubnis, Kunstwerke in Bahnhöfen zu fotografieren. Diese unterliegen schließlich nicht dem Hausrecht der Deutschen Bahn, sondern dem Urheberrecht des Künstlers. Übrigens habe ich vor einigen Jahren, selbst unwissend auch genau dieses Kunstwerk fotografiert (damals noch ohne diese unsäglichen Schmierereien).  Weak keep Not sure about it. The description is DNA origami cages act as viral snares. Their surfaces studded with sticky patches, shaped to latch onto specific proteins on a virus's coat, lure the invaders in. Once inside, the ingenious cage snaps shut, leaving the virus imprisoned. and I think it would need some expert (that is a person with sufficient expertise) in the relevant field to tell whether the illustration makes sense or not.
