File:World Time Zones Map.png

2003:EB:EF18:3495:3C97:A30D:8F4B:29A3 20:11, 13 August 2023 (UTC)

Keep: Heavily in use, no valid reason for deletion. --Achim55 (talk) 21:33, 13 August 2023 (UTC)
Keep no valid reason to delete. M.Bitton (talk) 22:28, 13 August 2023 (UTC)
Keep Even if the file supposedly "manipulates public opinion", I'm fairly certain that is NOT a valid reason for deletion. Even if it is a valid reason for deletion, this file is used on more than 500 pages across all the Wikis, and deleting a file so widely used would have catastrophic consequences. •  Speedy keep COM:INUSE, and political objections to the boundaries in a world time zone map are not remotely close to being legitimate deletion reasons. -- Ikan Kekek (talk) 05:43, 14 August 2023 (UTC)
Keep: Rusnia, follow your warship now!
Keep: Political objections are not legitimate deletion reasons. By the way, if you can't understand Russian, here's a translation of the rationale (from Google Translate):
The file is created to manipulate public opinion based on the original CIA file. How can it be approved which territories of Ukraine "de facto" were captured by the Russian Federation during the war/ otherwise, references to independent sources should be provided.
--Keyacom (talk) 17:35, 14 August 2023 (UTC)
Even if you were right, that's irrelevant. It's COM:INUSE. Read that link! -- Ikan Kekek (talk) 00:39, 15 August 2023 (UTC)
Keep: The map shows that the part of Ukraine administered by Russia observes UTC+3 all year, which is true according to many sources: This edit was not done to manipulate public opinion, it simply shows the time zone actually used in each place. It was drawn based on this map of the invasion, reflecting only the portions actually administered by Russia, not the entire regions claimed by Russia. The time zone map does not support the annexation of these regions by Russia, as it still shows them as part of Ukraine. The white line on the map is the internationally recognized border between Russia and Ukraine. The red line is only the separation between time zones. In any case, even if people disagree with this edit, the right way to address it is to propose a change, not to delete the file completely. Heitordp (talk) 11:21, 15 August 2023 (UTC)
  •  Keep Per Heitordp. The time is being administered by Russia. In no way is that support of the annexation. Although even if it was the file is being used in to many places to justify deleting it. Especially not without an alternative, and I don't see how they can be one anyway given it's just reality that the time zone is administered by Russia. Removing that from the map would be an actual manipulation of public opinion. --Adamant1 (talk) 05:36, 20 August 2023 (UTC)

Kept: per discussion. --Materialscientist (talk) 11:19, 20 August 2023 (UTC)

The file should not be deleted, BUT amended. It shows the illegally annexed territories as part of Russia, even though according to international law, they are not. 2A02:6D40:2A54:B901:D097:51B8:2C1F:7C78 09:01, 10 September 2023 (UTC)
