There is no commercial Freedom of Panorama in Bosnia and Herzegovina. As the mosque was completed in 2006, images of it cannot be freely published, distributed, and exploited without needing permissions from the building designers.

Legal clarification of Article 52 which deals with the use of works permanently located in public places. Here’s a breakdown:
1. Free Use: Works that are permanently located in public places such as squares, parks, or streets can be freely used and accessed by the public.
2. Restrictions on Three-Dimensional Reproductions:
- No Three-Dimensional Reproductions: While these works can be freely viewed, they cannot be reproduced in three-dimensional form.
- No Economic Advantage from Reproductions: Any reproduction of these works in three-dimensional form must not be used for economic gain.
3. Attribution: If the work includes information about its source and authorship, that information must be provided when the work is used.
So, while you can view and interact with public works, creating three-dimensional copies of them for commercial purposes is prohibited, and proper attribution is required if applicable information is displayed. Therefore there is FOP in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Google Street View is now available in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The service was officially launched on November 4, 2025, providing extensive panoramic imagery across the country's major cities and connecting routes. Coverage Details: Google's Street View cars traveled over 30,000 kilometers to capture imagery of Bosnia and Herzegovina's diverse landscapes and urban centers. You can virtually explore locations such as: Major Cities: Sarajevo, Banja Luka, Mostar, Tuzla, Zenica, Bijeljina, and Trebinje. Key Landmarks: The iconic Stari Most (Mostar Bridge). Natural Scenery: Routes through the rugged Dinaric Alps and along serene rivers. This launch makes exploring Bosnia and Herzegovina easier for tourists planning trips or anyone interested in virtually wandering its streets and historical sites.

This only proves that Wikimedia Commons got it all wrong. THERE IS FREEDOM OF PANORAMA IN BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA. Notice to Administrators: DO NOT DELETE photographs from Bosnia and Herzegovina, and start undeleting the images previously deleted. Notice to Editors: START EDITING the articles and media contradicting this fact.

@My-wiki-photos sorry, but the non-commercial restriction is not part of the 2nd condition. It's a separate third condition that also covers photographs of anything in public. Nothing needs changing untol the Bosnian government finally removes the non-commercial condition and aligns their law to the modern (I.T. and digital media) era, where commercial reuses of images are always possible and cannot be prevented. The Croatian law (COM:FOP Croatia) has a better Freedom of Panorama provision than Bosnia's, only stating that any 3D reproduction is forbidden but no non-commercial restriction. One more comment, don't use Google Street View analogy. Their images aren't under CC-BY/CC-BY-SA/CC-zero/PD licensing, so their images cannot be exploited by Google users. I also suspect that Alphabet Inc. (Google Street View's parent company) have royalty arrangements with some groups that represent the artists and the architects, so that they can legally display those copyrighted buildings and monuments on the street view. YouTube, another platform of Alphabet Inc., has a royalty arrangement with the anti-Wikipedia group ADAGP (based in France which is also no commercial FoP), so that copyrighted buildings and monuments around the world can legally be hosted on YouTube. If YouTube has that royalty arrangement, then fellow Google brand Google Maps may have some similar royalty arrangements too. See this 2015 presentation of ADAGP during the Freedom of Panorama debate in the European Parliament in 2015. JWilz12345 (Talk|Contributions) 10:47, 11 November 2025 (UTC)
From slide 35 of ADAGP's anti-Freedom of Panorama presentation in 2015: "2010: agreement Youtube / ADAGP & SACD (French authors’ societies). Fees = same level as TV channels. Compensation for 28 000 artists. Youtube can pursue the development of its video offering while providing remuneration for authors and creators.
Very likely that YouTube's sister platform within the same company (Alphabet Inc.), Google Maps/Earth, pays royalties to ADAGP and other artists' groups. So don't use Google Street View as the reason to keep these images of Kuwait Mosque. JWilz12345 (Talk|Contributions) 10:53, 11 November 2025 (UTC)

Deleted: per nomination, Google Street View is irrelevant (and unfree). --Abzeronow (talk) 01:49, 20 January 2026 (UTC)

These guys don't even know what Legal Clarification is!
