- Pages like have the wording "O uso das fotos produzidas pela Câmara Municipal de Porto Alegre é livre. but without releasing it in any free content license, what escapes the required by COM:L ("Wikimedia Commons only accepts media 1) that are EXPLICITLY freely licensed, or 2) that are in the public domain in at least the United States and in the source country of the work.)
