Sog. "Kleine Ausgabe". Der Titel steht 3-zeilig links oben in einem abgegrenzten Rechteck - die letzte Zeile ist flankiert von zwei Pharus-Schutzmarken. Unter dem Titel eine Legende mit 15 Zeichenerkärungen. Im schraffierten Rand sind Planquadrate von B-N und 3-10 dargestellt. Das Fehlen der Planquadrate A/1-2 ist ein Kennzeichen der "kleinen Ausgabe" des Pharus-Plan von Berlin. Unter der Karte steht mittig "Entwurf und Stich der kartogr. Anstalt des Pharus-Verlag G.m.b.H."
