I explore sarcomeres - the structural elements of the skeletal muscle fibers, in particular, triggers anaerobic adaptation after loads, principles and conditions for the inclusion of these triggers. My goal - the creation and description of a complete theory of adaptive mechanisms of muscle fibers: mechanical, architecture, metabolism, cause-effect relationships, etc. I have no access to laboratory tests, there is no proper education, only the board, notebook, computer, gym and head. And the first results. I love what I do. And I'm not going to give up.
