Reason for the nomination:

French painter Fernand Léger died in 1955, so these work is in the public domain in France now. Léger was living and working in France (except for the years from October 1940 to the end of the Second World War), so these 1950 works are "French" works (no evidence of a US origin) which are still protected by copyright in the United States (because of the URAA), and the files should be deleted. They can be restored in 2046 (95 + 1 years after creation, assuming publication in the year they were created) or 95 + 1 years after first publication if that is later found to be after the year of creation.
