Deutsch: Beschreibung der Flagge: "Die Stadt Königswinter führt ein Wappen, eine Flagge und ein Dienstsiegel entsprechend der Genehmigungsurkunde des Regierungspräsidenten in Köln vom 6. Juli 1972. Die Flagge wird geführt als Hissflagge: Rot mit dem Stadtwappen ohne Schild das ganze Tuch ausfüllend."
