Español: La Meiosis es un proceso que recoge la formación de células denominadas gametos. Se trata de un tipo de división celular en el que se reduce el número de cromosomas. Durante el desarrollo de la meiosis, cada célula diplóide experimenta dos fases de división dando lugar finalmente a un total de cuatro células haploides, los gametos.
English: Meiosis is a process of cell formation, called gametes. It is a type of cell division in which the amount of chromosomes is reduced. During meiosis development, each diploid cell has to go through two cell division phases, giving rise to a total of four haploid cells gametes. |
