A large sunspot group in 2004 photographed at the 2. ATB. You can also see the granulation of the sun surface. The picture was taken using the following equipment:

  • 102/1000 refractor telescope
  • raw data taken with a webcam
  • image made with Giotto (software) out of the median of 1800 single pictures
