Summary

Description

White Hall is situated on the Gangtok's highest point within city limits — The Ridge which is a kilometer long promenade. The Chief Minister's residence is quite close to the White Hall.

ps: the image given is not of White Hall. Its a newly built banquet hall to hold official dinner and other important gatherings. also its bang opposite the Chief Ministers residence.
