Hello. This file needs to be located at Commons for use in Wikisource projects in all languages (in is currently at fr.wikisource). It seems to me that it should be copyrighted by the Wikimedia Foundation. Or GNU FDL. I don't know which, and anyone who knows more should make the proper choice.
