Internationalization
I propose conver this template to translatable varsion. See, as example, meta:Template:Tnavbar. For this, need to
- create Template:Navbar/layout (done)
- create Template:Navbar/i18n as base page for further localization (done)
- replace code in this template from Template:Navbar/sandbox (autotranslated version; for using by default) -- needed unprotection or admin's right
- mark Template:Navbar/i18n for translation
More translations will be move from Meta-wiki...
