The ticket is in the info-nl::wikiportret queue, where we handle (and usually keep) all our wikiportet-related images. In which queue would you prefer it, and for what reason? Edoderoo (talk) 09:23, 10 May 2017 (UTC)

Commons OTRS agents have to be able to check the OTRS tickets for media on Commons regardless of which external queues they have permissions for, so it is my understanding that best practice involves moving tickets to Permissions-commons after they have been dealt with. For this specific image, could you please confirm that it was explicitly declared to be a self-portrait? Thanks, Storkk (talk) 09:35, 10 May 2017 (UTC)

We have thousands of images in this wikiportret-queue, and even if I move them to permissions-nl I'm afraid you still can not see the ticket(s). So if you believe this is an issue, you better have that discussion at a higher level in the hierarchie, as I do not believe we are going to manually move every ticket once it has been dealt with by the Dutch agents.

About the selfie. Yes, the user declared undoubedly that it is a selfie, altough it didn't look like one at first sight. It might be that the user is not telling us the truth, because the user wanted this image to be uploaded in order to replace another image he didn't like. But we didn't know this yet, when the image was uploaded, that turned out later on in the process. Right now the article has no image at all, because the same user kept deleting the image on the article "based on portrait right", although there ain't no portret right as such in The Netherlands that can prevent Wikipedia from displaying a decent photo. This is now tangential, but any idea why they uploaded the photo in the first place, then? And why nlwiki is allowing a user to repeatedly remove an image from an article? Very strange.

At first they wanted another image, but their uploaded image was reverted because the other one was better according to the community. Now we have two images under a free license, and none of them are shown right now. But anyone can place them back, and at some moment that will be done, I expect. With regards to the ultimate location of tickets for permissions of Commons-hosted media, this has been discussed many times in the past with regards to different queues. I don't want to step on your collective toes, though, and if it relates to thousands of tickets, this should indeed probably be discussed at a higher level, perhaps moving wikiportret from an info-nl subqueue to a permissions subqueue. OTRS licenties, CC-BY-SA-4.0?

Alles kits? Dat hoop ik. Vraagje: Commons:OTRS/nl verwijst in de modelverklaring voor de auteursrechten naar Commons:Choosing_a_license/nl#Bekende_vrije_licenties. Daar staat CC-BY-SA-4.0 niet bij, foutje? (Heb zaterdag een donatie opgeladen, waarvan ik de donor heb gevraagd die verklaring, dan maar voor CC-BY-SA-3.0, op te sturen naar OTRS.) "Volgens mij is die pagina sinds 2012 niet meer bijgewerkt, en was 3.0 destijds de laatste versie. Je kunt jouw contact prima adviseren om versie 4.0 te gebruiken, maar versie 3.0 kan ook. Er zijn wel verschillen tussen al die versies, maar volgens mij is dat voor komma-n**k*rs en/of juristen, voor meer pragmatisch ingestelde mensen werkt het allemaal even goed. OTRS-goedkeuring op Category:Aerial photographs from Nederlands Instituut voor Militaire Historie uploaded in 2017?

Nu ik je toch schrijf, de meeste NIMH-luchtfoto's hebben je OTRS-goedkeuring niet gekregen, misschien omdat ik gelijktijdig met jouw bewerking toevallig ook VisualFileChange op dezelfde categorie losliet... (Ik kopieerde vroeger zelf de goedkeuring op de bestanden nadat een voorbeeldfile was goedgekeurd, maar dat mag niet meer begreep ik.) Kun je het nog eens proberen? Ik zie het. Het zal niet alleen komen door jouw ge-edit, ik zie nu dat ik wat betere zoek-en-vervang's in VisualFileChange moet maken. Het kost me nu alleen al heel veel tijd om iedere keer na een reload alle afbeeldingen in het scherm te krijgen (door een volle minuut naar beneden te blijven scrollen). Maar goed, er krijgen er nu steeds meer een toestemmingssjabloon. Edoderoo (talk) 10:02, 19 August 2017 (UTC)

De afbeelding is gemaakt door Michael Terlouw, dat staat ook elders op het internet. Maar de afbeelding is geupload door iemand anders (Massair), en het is a) onduidelijk onder welke licentie het bestand valt (licentie ja is geen licentie, en die wordt niet ondersteund door Wikimedia) en b) is niet duidelijk waar/hoe/waarvoor toestemming is gegeven en aan wie. Wikimedia heeft eenduidig toestemming van de fotograaf nodig om de licentie onder een ccbysa-licentie te mogen verspreiden. Dat "Massair" ja antwoord op de opmerking permission is daarvoor niet voldoende. U geeft aan dat toestemming is gegeven via de lijn, maar dat is niet iets wat ik begrijp. Dit is al de tweede maal dat deze foto werd verwijderd. Jolien Janzing zelf heeft bevestigd dat ik de toelating had om deze foto te publiceren. Dit is een paar jaar geleden gebeurd. Janzing heeft helemaal niets te vertellen over de auteursrechten van de foto, dus die hoef je ook niets te vragen. Die toestemming moet je aan de fotograaf vragen. Maar *jij* hebt die afbeelding geupload als eigen werk, daarmee heb je duidelijk ook niet de waarheid verteld. Ik zou voorstellen deze foto nu lekker te vergeten, en inderdaad zelf met een camera op pad te gaan om een foto van Jolien Janzing te gaan maken.
