A new SVG map

Hello. I see you updated File:Brazil Municipalities.png (which is based on File:Brasil Municipalties.svg) years ago. I would like to know if you could update or create e new version of File:Brasil Municipalties.svg including the municipalities that have been formed so far. The new map must be created in SVG format. I also make maps and upload them here on Commons, but unfortunately I don't know how to handle SVG files very well. Your map of the Wilayats in Oman is fantastic! I was wondering if you would be willing to share your original data source or shapefile that you used to create this map? It would be great help for a project I am working on right now. Thank you and amazing work (there really is no other good map on this subject out there)!
