Hi! My name is Kevin, and I'm from Singapore. I hope to upload photos documenting places in Singapore, with a focus on mundane spaces likely to be overlooked, which may nevertheless be of educational interest, or have heritage or community value. I was motivated to embark on this effort by a small project I did some time ago, exploring the history of my own neighbourhood. Despite my neighbourhood being over 50 years old, I managed to find very little information on it online, and hardly any photographs at all. I believe firmly in the importance and the power of place, and I hope to document as many mundane, ordinary places as possible, for future versions of myself, who just want to know what a place looked like so many years ago.
