Uses Lua: Module:Extension

Translations for this template related to {{Extension }} and {{Skin }} are in the process of being migrated. Until this notice is removed please do not modify the current licenses. You are free to add new entries however.

This template takes a license code as input and returns its (translated) full name in human readable form. It is currently used by Template:Extension but could also be called from Template:Skin or other templates if necessary since it doesn't do any categorization by itself.

Identifier codes and full names for common licenses should conform to the list at https://spdx.org/licenses/, whereas custom licenses should diverge enough from the SPDX standard to prevent any collisions. See the template source for working examples of both, as well as Module:Extension to see how both work in unison to feed Template:Extension with usable license data.
