Explain your plan
I am active in my home-wiki - Ukrainian Wikipedia. Also I am quite active in Commons, Wikivoyage, Crimean Tatar, Sakha, Bashkir, Estonian Wikipedia and other wikiprojects. Using laptop will help to my contribution as my is quite old now and I will have a chance to take it to wikievents like wikiconferences or edit-at-thons (unfortunately now I don't have such possibility). Hope it will not be heavy :)
