The stock template for the chapters agreement, used for most agreements from 2007-2010, can be seen at Chapter Agreements/2007 template.[1] Earlier example text can be found on the wmf wiki.
All chapters should have a signed agreement with the Wikimedia Foundation confirming their right to use the Wikimedia trademarks and the conditions of the renewal of their chapter status. Before 2010, different Chapters had signed different versions of a stock agreement. As of 2011, the status of agreements signed with various Chapters is being tracked on this page.
There is also a Chapter Fundraising Agreement signed between chapters and the Foundation since 2009, specifying how Chapters and the Foundation will share the task of developing and translating banners and other messages during a fundraiser, dividing traffic to donation pages, and interacting with donors (from respecting their privacy and thanking them to promptly accounting for donations).
The commercial use of the Wikimedia logo, and any use of the other marks overseen by the WMF (beyond the uses open to any community member), are governed by separate Trademark Agreements.
