After traveling across East Asia, Southeast Asia, and the Pacific to gather in Kaohsiung for ESEAP Conference 2026, it feels only natural to make the most of being in the same place at the same time. Beyond the official sessions, there’s always room for more conversations—whether it’s catching up with familiar faces, meeting new collaborators, or diving into topics you didn’t quite get enough time for.

To make that easier, we’ve prepared a cozy Social Room (for up to ~15 people) that you can book to host your own small meetup. Feel free to make something happen!

Social Room Booking Rules

  1. Each time slot is 30 minutes. A single meetup may book up to two consecutive slots.
  2. Please complete your booking in the sections below before May 12. Slots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
    • After May 12, room bookings can be made at the on-site help desk during the conference.
  3. Please review existing registrations before signing up. If overlapping topics are identified, the COT will contact you to confirm potential duplicate submissions and may decide to merge or remove sessions as appropriate.
  4. Once you complete your booking, your meetup will be registered on Eventyay by COT after May 12. Please check Eventyay to confirm your meetup status. Only sessions that appear on the official schedule are considered successfully registered and eligible to use the space. You may still book a room at the on-site help desk during the conference.
