Matrix.org/Administration
Administration/governance of the matrix.org-homeserver chat rooms. Implicit feudalism in the FOSS community is a problem,[1][2] including in the Wikipedia community; characteristics include Authority derives from founders and their appointed successors; Opacity of policy-making and decision-making processes; User exit as the most forceful means of dissent, where Exceptions like Wikipedia and Debian have required considerable, intentional effort to counteract the implicit feudalism of their tools' defaults.[3] (FOSS community governance examples:[4][5][6])
