Escudos
Hola, quería pedirte que no subas más escudos de clubes de fútbol que no sean {{PD-textlogo}}, porque en cualquier momento algún admin te puede bloquear. Los de Lanús y Arsenal, por ej, están claramente por arriba del Umbral de la originalidad. Cualquier consulta que tengas, hacémelo saber. Saludos, Fma12 (talk) 14:57, 30 May 2016 (UTC)
- Estimado Fma12: Le realizó una consulta: ¿Qué diferencia hay entre el escudo de Lanús o de Arsenal con el de Boca, River, Vélez o San Lorenzo? todos son logos con un diseño y tipografías específicos, y todos corresponden a asociaciones sin fines de lucro. - Los escudos de Boca, River, o Independiente, son considerados "textlogos", esto es, están por debajo de lo que se considera el umbral de la originalidad, formas geométricas + texto. En el caso de Arsenal, su diseño es más elaborado y por eso no puede ser subido a Commons, sí a Wikipedia en inglés bajo una licencia "fair use", esto es, con ciertas restricciones para ser publicado (ver logo y licencia aquí). Lo mismo pasa con el de Lanús, que tiene un diseño de tipografía más elaborado, pero además, es uno de los poquísimos escudos argentinos de quien se conoce su autor, Carlos Pointis, quien lo creó en 1928 (todos estos datos están en la web oficial del club); y como no se conoce la fecha de fallecimiento (en caso que haya muerto), no se podría aplicar el artículo de la ley que refiere a los 70 años después de la muerte del autor.
