Dabei können Bau-, Boden- und Kulturdenkmale fotografiert und die Fotos hochgeladen werden. Du hast an einem der vergangenen Fotowettbewerbe teilgenommen. Deshalb laden wir dich gern wieder ein, dieses Jahr mitzumachen. Wir freuen uns auf deine Fotos!
Vergangenes Jahr hat Radomianin mit einer Gesamtansicht von Kloster Paulinzella gewonnen. Welcher Fotograf oder welche Fotografin tritt dieses Jahr die Nachfolge an?
Nach WLM 2022 sind wieder zahlreiche neue Denkmallisten entstanden – zum Beispiel die Denkmallisten in Waltershausen in Thüringen oder in Fulda.
Für die Suche nach Motiven gibt es bei Wikipedia zahlreiche Listen und Karten. Als Einstieg hilft diese Übersichtsseite. Weitere Informationen erhältst du auf der Mitmach-Seite.
Für das einfache Auffinden haben wir eine Upload-Karte erstellt, in der viele aber leider noch nicht alle Kulturdenkmale angezeigt werden können. Das Laden der Objekte dauert dort etwas.
Wir haben dieses Jahr „drei Sonderpreise für Bilder von Friedhöfen“ ausgelobt. Zugelassen sind für den Sonderpreis auch Fotos von Friedhöfen, die nicht denkmalgeschützt sind.

Diese bewertet die hochgeladenen Bilder und ermittelt so gemeinsam mit der Jury, die im Oktober tagt, die Sieger von Wiki Loves Monuments 2023 in Deutschland. Das Vorjurytool ist hier bald freigeschaltet. Du benötigst dafür nur deinen Benutzernamen und das Passwort.

Anche quest’anno torna Wiki Loves Monuments: da oggi al 30 settembre puoi partecipare caricando le tue foto per contribuire a illustrare il patrimonio culturale italiano: vai sul sito wikilovesmonuments.it e scopri come fare!
Oltre ai 20.000 monumenti già in concorso, quest’anno si aggiungono più di 60.000 edifici religiosi, tema centrale di quest’edizione. Prendi la tua macchina fotografica, o il tuo smartphone, e individua i monumenti in concorso tramite la nuova web-app – disponibile sia da mobile che desktop – app.wikilovesmonuments.it, da cui potrai anche caricare direttamente i tuoi scatti. Sono ammesse anche foto scattate prima del concorso, purché siano inedite.
A livello nazionale verranno premiate le dieci migliori fotografie: cinque per gli edifici religiosi e cinque per le altre categorie di monumenti; queste immagini parteciperanno anche alla fase internazionale del concorso. Non sono ammesse immagini con watermark o cornici, né fotografie eccessivamente elaborate in postproduzione. @Tilman2007: Ich habe 59 deiner Bilder mit dem Titelbestandteil "... Königheim 20210522 ..." entdeckt. z. B. File:Kirchplatz 2, Rathaus Königheim 20210522 176.jpg Vielen Dank hierfür. Der Titelbestandteil deutet auf den 22. Mai 2021 als Erstellungsdatum hin. In den Bildbeschreibungen steht jedoch jeweils der "5. Juni 2021". Metadaten konnte ich bei den Bildern keine finden.
Meine Frage: Hat sich beim Uploadvorgang in den Bildtiteln oder in den Bildbeschreibungen ein Fehler eingeschlichen?
Das Datum im Dateinamen ist wahrscheinlich falsch und stammt vom Raw KOnverterprogramm. Das Erstellungsdatum in der Bildbeschreibung stammt aus den Metadaten bei Erzeugung des Uploadfiles für Pattypan. Die Metadaten lösche ich bevor ich die Dateien hochlade. Es handelt sich um die Version von dem 10. Mai 2024 von TenWhile6 der einen groben Fehler hervorfügte. Ich bitte diesen Fehler zu löschen und Ihr Bild mit der neuen Version vom TenWhile6 zu sehen lassen.

Hallo Tilman2007, vor einiger Zeit war ich in Memmingen und habe dort Baudenkmäler fotografiert. Beim Hochladen habe ich gesehen, daß von dir manchmal schon Fotos da waren, aber leider nicht in die "Liste der Baudenkmäler in Memmingen" hochgeladen waren. Das ist ziemlich blöd, weil dann andere Leute nochmal dort hinlaufen. Man kann ja nicht alles kontrollieren, sondern geht nur dorthin wo noch was auf der Liste fehlt. @Edelmauswaldgeist Ich bin nicht Tilman2007, aber habe eben mal seine Statistik angeschaut. Da finde ich die unglaubliche Zahl von 245.000 seit 2008 hochgeladenen Fotos aus verschiedenen Regionen. Nun wäre es natürlich schön, wenn er die auch noch in Artikel einbauen könnte, aber ein Tag hat nun mal nur 24 Stunden. Immerhin schafft er es, im Gegensatz zu mir, seine vorhandenen Bilder hier hochzuladen. Du musst immer damit rechnen, dass andere Fotografen, die eventuell gar nichts von den Denkmallisten wissen, schon Bilder hochgeladen haben. Darum empfiehlt sich vor dem Fototrip stets eine Reise durch die Commons-Kategorien des jeweiligen Orts (sowie ein Blick auf Tools wie Wikishootme, wo man Fotos mit Koordinaten auch dann findet, wenn sie schlecht oder nicht kategorisiert sind). Ich habe deshalb die Überkategorie Category:Hintergasse 1, Brückelchen 20 (Grünberg) für die Denkmalliste angelegt. Die Bilder sind auf die Unterkategorien aufgeteilt. Sieger 2024 – Verladeturm Oderhafen
bald ist es soweit: Vom 1. bis zum 30. September 2025 findet zum 15. Mal der internationale Wettbewerb Wiki Loves Monuments (WLM) statt. Dabei können Bau-, Boden- und Kulturdenkmale fotografiert und die Fotos hochgeladen werden. Du hast an einem der vergangenen Fotowettbewerbe teilgenommen. Deshalb laden wir dich gern wieder ein, dieses Jahr mitzumachen. Wir freuen uns auf deine Fotos!
Vergangenes Jahr hat GPSLeo mit dem Verladeturm Oderhafen Groß Neuendorf während eines Hochwassers gewonnen. Welcher Fotograf oder welche Fotografin tritt dieses Jahr die Nachfolge an?
Nach WLM 2024 sind wieder zahlreiche neue Denkmallisten entstanden – zum Beispiel in Greiz in Thüringen oder in Königslutter am Elm in Niedersachsen. Nachdem es in Thüringen über lange Zeit nicht überall Kulturdenkmallisten gab, ist dieses Bundesland jetzt fast vollständig abgedeckt und die Listen freuen sich über Fotos. Hier findest du einen Einstieg in die Thüringer Listen.
Für die Suche nach Motiven gibt es bei Wikipedia zahlreiche Listen und Karten. Als Einstieg hilft diese Übersichtsseite. Weitere Informationen erhältst du auf der Mitmach-Seite.
Für das einfache Auffinden haben wir eine Upload-Karte erstellt, in der viele aber leider noch nicht alle Kulturdenkmale angezeigt werden können. Das Laden der Objekte dauert dort etwas.
Außerdem laden wir Dich ein, ab Anfang September 2025 an der Vorjury teilzunehmen. Diese bewertet die hochgeladenen Bilder und ermittelt so gemeinsam mit der Jury, die Anfang November tagen wird, die Sieger von Wiki Loves Monuments 2025 in Deutschland. Das Vorjurytool ist hier bald freigeschaltet. Du benötigst dafür nur deinen Benutzernamen und das Passwort.

Bei den drei Siegerbildern sind nur grandiose Motive aus Bayern dabei. Du kannst mit deinen Fotos helfen, Bayern vom Wiki-Loves-Folklore-Thron zu stoßen, du kannst aber auch dafür sorgen, dass Bayern den Titel erneut verteidigt.
Der englische Begriff Folklore umfasst vieles, was man im Deutschen unter Folklore versteht, aber er geht noch weiter. Schau nach gelebten Traditionen und Bräuchen in deiner Nähe.
Wir vergeben auch in diesem Jahr drei Sonderpreise für Videos und Audiodateien, da sich viele Traditionen gut im Video oder per Tonaufnahme darstellen lassen. Wir empfehlen, Videos kurz zu halten und sinnvoll zu schneiden.
Als Einstieg für die Suche nach Motiven hilft diese Übersichtsseite. Dort sind die nationalen Listen des immateriellen Kulturerbes aufgeführt.
Damit es ab dem 1. Februar mit dem Upload schnell geht:

Damit bewertest du die hochgeladenen Bilder und ermittelst so gemeinsam mit der Jury, die Ende April tagen wird, die Sieger von Wiki Loves Folklore 2026 in Deutschland. Duplicate categories
Hi, you seem to be making duplicate categories such as Category:House of Agnes Hotel, 71, St Dunstan's Street, Canterbury where Category:House of Agnes Hotel already existed but no redirect was left? Purely based on wikidata, there are just under 90 items about listed buildings with 2 different commons Categories in Kent and Sussex , but in the above example you replaced the category sitelink @Crouch, Swale: created rather than giving a hint that a duplciate category has been created. Do you have a list of categories you've effected in this way or plans to redirect them? Tæppa (talk) 19:02, 29 January 2026 (UTC)

Why the longer title? As far as I can see there only appears to be 1 "House of Agnes Hotel" in the world and even if there were others we would use Category:House of Agnes Hotel, Canterbury and only use the street if there are multiple in Canterbury. You can't how long there'll be a House of Agnes Hotel. I found a couple of shops, pubs and hotels renamed over the years. Adding the address in the category makes an attribution of pictures easier after the building has been renamed. I admit it may be sufficient to add the commonscat with house and parish name to the wikidata object. Tilman2007 (talk) 18:18, 2 February 2026 (UTC)

I also want to highlight what an incredible turnout we had. In the second round, we saw a massive jump in both the number of users voting and the total votes cast. We had exactly 13,979 votes cast by 3,509 users! To put that in perspective, last year we had 7,403 votes from 2,837 users. It is amazing to see that level of growth and community engagement.
Thank you to everyone who voted, helped organize, and generally made the contest such a huge success this year!

Königsberg in Bayern, Geburtshaus Wolfgang Carl Briegel
Hallo Tilman2007, du hast in der Vergangenheit mehrfach Bilder aus Königsberg in Bayern hochgeladen, u.a. auch vom Haus Marktplatz 2. Bedauerlicherweise existiert keine Detailansicht von der Gedenktafel für den in diesem Haus geborenen Komponisten de:Wolfgang Carl Briegel. Da es um dessen Geburtsdatum einige Verwirrung und Fehlinformationen gibt, wäre es interessant, wie Briegels Lebensdaten auf dieser Tafel verzeichnet sind. Hast du vielleicht noch weitere Fotos mit Details des Hauses auf deiner Festplatte, oder Aufnahmen, die in Vergrößerung einen lesbaren Bildausschnitt liefern würden?
