AntWeb uploads

Fantastic to see this batch upload. It might be nice to create a partnership page for it like Commons:Bundesarchiv or Commons:Tropenmuseum. One question of clarification - the template states that AntWeb encourages non-commercial use of these images, but the license (CC-BY-SA) also allows commercial uses. Is this fully understood by AntWeb? (Wikimedia Commons only hosts images which can be used for any purpose, including commercially). Cheers, Eloquence (talk) 23:02, 12 October 2009 (UTC)

Davethau, I added an extra "attribution" field to the above image which could simplify correct attribution by reusers. I would propose to add it to all images by your bot. --Jarekt (talk) 15:00, 14 October 2009 (UTC)

Bot Problems

Thanks User:Raeky. The upload is almost finished. There are a few images that were uploaded incorrectly, but I know which they are. I'll request that they're deleted once the bot has done its work. Categories

Nope, just a manual query. My bot is now generating categories which contain 5 or more images. That should reduce the amount of manual work. Multichill (talk) 18:11, 22 October 2009 (UTC)

Not really. Shouldn't be too default. Could work the same was as the commons category linking for Wikipedia. Would also be nice to include the tree template at each species page. You could do a request at Commons:Bots/Work requests do get this done or try it yourself of course. Multichill (talk) 19:49, 22 October 2009 (UTC)
