Es geht mir weniger um ein Fotoverbot seitens des Grundstückeigentümers, sondern ob die gesetzlichen Bedingungen für eine Beanspruchung der Panoramafreiheit gegeben sind, weil wir zunächst einmal davon ausgehen müssen, dass bei den hier aufgelisteten Fotos das dargestellte Werk Schöpfungshöhe hat und somit wohl urheberr. geschützt ist. --Túrelio (talk) 09:36, 19 November 2022 (UTC)

Ergänzung: Das Bild File:KHB-Granitabbaumuseum 20220605 134214.jpg wurde vom Eingang zum Museumsgelände aufgenommen. Diese Position ist auch jederzeit zugänglich. Hab's soeben hochgeladen. Die Straße führt überwiegend durch Waldgebiet. Siehe dazu auch den Verlauf in OSM. Der Verlauf als "track" ist nur für motor_vehicle=forestry freigegeben. Hello Rigorius, I would like to introduce myself. I am Guangping, a scientific researcher of Jiangxi Agricultural University. My research interest is decoding the evolutionary mechanisms of camouflaged phenotype of vertebrates. We have just finished a work on Phelsuma grandis gecko.
