Since it's a deleted file, I can't see the nominator's rationale, but it was a derivative version of File:MapofEmergingUSMegaregions.png, a file with an accepted COM:VRT ticket. Question

Regarding your statement to remove certain things from the user page here, I wanted to ask whether users can edit their user page while blocked. I know that they can edit their talk page, but the user page might be out of reach as long as the block is in place? In that case they won't be able to fulfill one of your unblock conditions. At first, Taylor's userpage is a global userpage. It is situated in meta and he is not blocked in meta. If he edits the userpage in meta, then it changes everywhere, including in Commons. At second, he had enough time to edit the userpage between the day I asked him to do it (on 1st of February) and the day he was blocked (on 14th of February). Request

In the talk page for Flags of counties and municipalities in Nevada, I had requested to change several things in order to sync based on what the English Wikipedia used. Many images are broken on here because they have been deleted due to copyright, and have yet to be fixed. I made that comment one year ago, and it upsets me that vandalism struck, only for the page to be locked off for 3 more years. Could you adjust the broken images and replace them with the Copyright flag.svg? For Humboldt County, just replace it based on the .svg, which is Flag of Humboldt County, Nevada. As much as I want to get the auto patrol rights, I do not have the minimum 500 edits, despite extensively contributing with SVG flags, flag maps, etc. If possible, I could request it, but more likely than not I would be rejected due to the requirements. problems with my browser

 Done. Põhjuseks oli asjaolu, et VRT-luba oli ainult kunstniku arutelulehel. See ei ole tüüpiline ja A1Cafel ei tulnud selle peale, et sealt otsida. Kolmele failile, mille ta kustutamiseks esitas, panin loa lisaks otse faililehele. Kui ülejäänud Lõnguse teostele samuti luba otse faililehele lisada (aga Lõnguse enda arutelulehelt ei tohiks seda ära võtta, see on hea, et ta seal on), väldiks see taolisi kustutamisi tulevikus. ArionStar

Hi, You unblocked ArionStar on 25 January 2026. Now ArionStar shows exactly the same behaviour for which they were blocked. In addition to the block, ArionStar was indefinitely banned for participating in FPC. Yet they come back straight to FPC. I don't think this is OK. What do you think? Was ArionStar banned from FPC before or after the block? If before the block, then for me it's OK to come straight back into FPC, as long as (s)he doesn't do anything bad. I do not participate in FPC myself. Nobody has complained in ArionStar's user talkpage. But you complained here. That means: something bad has happened. I do not know, is it blockable offence or not. @Liilia Moroz: Ну, теперь посмотрел. Этот файл однажды предлагали для удаления здесь. Похожие куклы уже давно производили и администратор думал, что оригинальности здесь слишком мало. Это, конечно, возникает вопрос, у вашей куклы оригинальности мало ли или много. По-моему много, но если вы нашли бы очень похожую старую куклу, дела могли бы быть по-другому. У меня ещё три вопроса. 1) что такое "современная" кукла, 2) как вы идентифицировали куклу на моём фото? какова марка? год выпуска? 3) если я, например, загружу фото "современной" куклы в платье, без головы и ног (cropped), но с руками - удалят? 1) Слово "современная" не точный термин. Я имел в виду, что автор (дизайнер) куклы умер больше 70 лет назад. Если автор неизвестен, тогда кукла должна быть старше чем 120 лет. Это даёт автору 50 лет, чтобы умереть, плюс 70 лет, чтобы авторские права закончились бы. 2) Вот этого я не знаю. Я не специалист про кукол. Всё-таки мне кажется, что специалист идентифицировал бы эту куклу. 3) Это невозможно точно сказать. Зависит о том, что видно. Мне кажется, что это в общем разрешено. Commons:Village pump/copyright, Commons:Форум. Я всё-таки специалст про это. Вчера я дважды использовал слова "мне кажется" и вам возникло впечатление, что истинный специалист умел бы точно сказать. Но точного ответа на такие вопросы не существует. Википедия – это не суд. Советую читать Commons:Licensing, Commons:Лицензирование. Не всё возможное там написан.
