No problem, just wanted to make sure this was accidental. I have noticed I did some errors recently too by forgetting to include an incategory search for Category:Photos from Panoramio, and now I was looking into all the files categorised into Panoramio ID categories without being included in that category; that's quite a lot actually. 𝟙𝟤𝟯𝟺𝐪𝑤𝒆𝓇𝟷𝟮𝟥𝟜𝓺𝔴𝕖𝖗𝟰 (𝗍𝗮𝘭𝙠) 09:33, 4 October 2020 (UTC)

Observe, though, that the Panoramio photographer David Holt and the Flickr photographer David Holt (who have separate categories) both took pictures in Zaire in 1995. This is likely not a coincidence. When you are dealing with such kind of cleanup you might want to take care of this matter as well. -- Gauss (talk) 09:53, 4 October 2020 (UTC)

Follow-up question: You added Category:Photographs by Jānis Sedols as a subcategory of Category:Photos from Panoramio ID 1612542, which you created, but shouldn't it be the other way round? Petscan returns 471 files by the author that seem not to be from Panoramio, but I don't think there are any files from Panoramio ID 1612542 that are not by Jānis Sedols. 𝟙𝟤𝟯𝟺𝐪𝑤𝒆𝓇𝟷𝟮𝟥𝟜𝓺𝔴𝕖𝖗𝟰 (𝗍𝗮𝘭𝙠) 12:14, 5 October 2020 (UTC)

French Quarter photo - explanation for partially undoing part of your edit

Re File:Do not enter - Haunted French Quarter, New Orleans 2022.jpg you commented "no evidence in flickr or exif when this was taken". Note that the original on Flickr is both tagged "2022" and the photographer has put it in their album entitled "2022". I see no reason to doubt that's the year. I've edited category accordingly.
