Separating Uppsala central station?
Hello @ACo2c. What you think about the idea of creating a separate category for Uppsala Central Station. Like in Varberg, there is both the old station building and the current one. On top of that, a new station building is expected to open in 2034, so it might make sense to create a separate ones. Villr99 (talk) 11:10, 30 August 2025 (UTC)
- @Villr99 Uppsala isn't quite the same case as Varberg. I don't think Category:Uppsala central station itself or Category:Trains at Uppsala central station should be divided, because the railway line and platforms have not been substantially resited. But it would make sense to have separate categories for the different iterations of station buildings: Category:Uppsala central station building (1866), etc. Actually I was thinking of creating such categories some time ago; the reason I didn't was that I was unsure of the exact year when the current building was completed, and thus didn't know what name to give the category!
