If image passes review

If the media is available on a Government website, and the file is properly attributed with a mention of DOI (Digital Object Identifier), or the URL (Uniform Resource Locator), or the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier), mark the file as reviewed by adding |status=confirmed|reviewer=~~~|date={{subst:#time: Y-m-d}} to the existing template.
