Using this template will request a page to be moved.
This template should be used for pages, such as galleries, templates, help pages, and should not be used for:
- media — images and other media to be renamed should be tagged with {{Rename}} instead.
- categories — categories to be renamed or merged should be tagged with {{Move}} instead.
The template automatically sets the following categories: Category:Requested moves (other)
