Very beautiful photos
Thank you so much for your photos! Please contact me if I am doing anything wrong with them. Krok6kola (talk) 15:47, 17 January 2026 (UTC)
Uploaded images
Hello Enasiqph, Although I agreed with the image deletion, you realize the once you upload photographs to the Commons other editors have the right to crop or do other authorized changes. You will not be able to control all use of your photographs once they are published here. I do enjoy your work and try to think of ways to give wider circulation to your photographs. Best wishes, Krok6kola (talk) 15:32, 29 January 2026 (UTC)
- Thank you very much for your kind message. I’m glad to hear that you liked the photos I uploaded from Kirkuk. I fully understand that once images are published on Wikimedia Commons, other users and editors may crop or make authorized edits to them. I appreciate your interest in my work and your efforts to help give the photos wider circulation. Best regards. Enasiqph (talk) 15:55, 29 January 2026 (UTC)
categories
Let me know if you think the categories I make for you photos are not ideal or are emphasizing the wrong elements. I can always change them. Also, if any are in the Kirkuk Citadel, let me know as it is on the short list for UNESCO World Heritage site. Krok6kola (talk) 23:18, 29 January 2026 (UTC)
Changing a category name
I think the Old Qaysariyah Market is located near the Kirkuk Citadel but not inside it. I plan to change the category name. What do you think? Krok6kola (talk) 21:52, 30 January 2026 (UTC)
- There are actually two different Qaysariyahs in Kirkuk.
- The Old Qaysariyah is inside the Kirkuk Citadel, while another Qaysariyah is located in the market near the citadel, outside it.
- Photos clearly show the difference, so changing the category name may cause confusion. Enasiqph (talk) 23:35, 30 January 2026 (UTC)
- OK I was going by the Wikipedia article Qaysareyah of Kirkuk which has references. Krok6kola (talk) 01:23, 31 January 2026 (UTC)
