graphDataImport.js
Thanks for developing your User:Tomastvivlaren/graphDataImport.js script, it seems very useful and important. Could you please create a documentation page? This could then be linked from places, explain various things about the tool, be categorized into relevant category/ies, and make the script findable.
By the way, you may also be interested in the new WikiProject Wikipedia:WikiProject Data Visualization – new participants are very welcome; and while you made a thread in the page about the Charts extension, maybe at least at some point it may be a good idea to also post on its talk page, e.g. if something is unclear and needs to be discussed/thought more for example. en:Help:Converting Graphs
I created this page for general assistance for anyone needing to convert graphs to charts. The section I wrote on graphDataImport might be inaccurate/need expanding. I just though I'd let you know. Cheers, GalStar (talk) 17:57, 2 July 2025 (UTC)
- @GalStar: Nice! I believe that still only about 60 .chart and 60 .tab pages have been produced using this tool. As you probably know, there is a list of alternatives to produce the charts in the end of this FAQ. Tomastvivlaren (talk) 19:12, 3 July 2025 (UTC)
