Language of charts (English versions?)

Thanks for your very useful uploads! I noticed File:Wikipedia-Artikelanzahl-Entwicklung-Top8.png is only available in German. I think it's useful for many Wikipedias but the language makes it less accessible and much less likely to be used. Could you please upload an English version of it, or upload a SVG version of it which would enable easy translation, or send me the things used to create this so I can easily upload a translated version without editing the PNG?
