Tu hai caricato questo file in CC-BY usando il tag {{Youtube}}, ma a me non sembra proprio che quel video sia stato rilasciato con licenza Creative Commons (dove lo leggi?). Di default, a meno che l'autore non carichi il video esplicitamente con una certa licenza, tutti i diritti sono riservati, e quindi lo screenshot è incompatibile con la licenza di Wikimedia Commons. Ciao, ho contattato l'autore del video per chiedere conferma ed era come immaginavo quindi conforme alle linee guida e compatibile per i diritti privacy etc

Ciao, dunque:

1. Se rispondi nella tua pagina di discussione, devi ricordarti di pingarmi, altrimenti non mi arriva la notifica della tua risposta.
2. Come su Wikipedia, anche su Commons il discorso "ho contattato XYZ" non sta né in cielo né in terra. Tutte le comunicazioni extra-wiki devono essere ufficializzate tramite VTRS.
3. Attualmente, quella del video non è una licenza aperta, a meno che non sia indicato esplicitamente nella descrizione (possibilmente, tramite gli appositi strumenti forniti da YouTube, altrimenti a mano).
4. L'altra immagine a cui fai riferimento (suppongo questa) è stata tratta da un video in cui la licenza CC-BY è applicata correttamente (clicca qui e dà un'occhiata alla descrizione).

Provvedo a trasmettere le comunicazioni per il copyright il prima possibile, mentre ho capito cosa intendi per il video; la licenza non è citata in descrizione quindi non è possibile utilizzare quell'immagine diversamente da quella di boban pesov giusto?

Wikimedia Commons is happy to announce that the 2022 Picture of the Year competition is now open. This year will be the seventeenth edition of the annual Wikimedia Commons photo competition, which recognizes exceptional contributions by users on Wikimedia Commons. Wikimedia users are invited to vote for their favorite images featured on Commons during the last year (2022) to produce a single Picture of the Year.

Hundreds of images that have been rated Featured Pictures by the international Wikimedia Commons community in the past year are all entered in this competition. These images include professional animal and plant shots, breathtaking panoramas and skylines, restorations of historical images, photographs portraying the world's best architecture, impressive human portraits, and so much more.

For your convenience, we have sorted the images into topical categories. Two rounds of voting will be held: In the first round, you may vote for as many images as you like. The top 30 overall and the two most popular images in each category will continue to the final. In the final round, you may vote for just three images to become the Picture of the Year.

Round 1 will end on 1 May 2023, 23:59:59 UTC.

Ho visto che Turelio ha revertato il mio avviso, affermando che ci sono 6 versioni con differenti risoluzioni quindi la cosa è più complessa (sono immagini caricate con il bot (doppio senso) e il bot non è così intelligente da capirlo). Quindi questo non è un "caso tipo" ma se trovi una foto inequivocabilmente doppia, ad esempio evidente stessa inquadratura (lo vedi dai particolari come forma delle nubi, o le ombre) ma risoluzione e dimensioni più basse, o anche stesse dimensioni e risoluzione ma diverso nomefile e/o uploader, usa quel template. Caricherà l'immagine in una categoria di servizio e poi gli admin provvederanno. :-)--Threecharlie (talk) 11:18, 18 September 2024 (UTC)

il centro abitato non necessita di una sottocategoria apposita (differentemente da quanto invece serve generalmente per le frazioni o le località nettamente separate). non è come province e città (provincia di Como, comune di Como)

Nulla da dire sulla disambiguazione, ma il resto scusa non ha senso; a parte che nessuno ha mai parlato di frazioni, ma che il comune e il centro abitato siano due cose distinte è una cosa oggettiva (tanto è vero che c'è sia questo sia, sei chilometri dopo, questo; addirittura ci sono pure cartelli del genere, a dire letteralmente che "comune" e "capoluogo" sono due realtà distinte). Il punto è: nel comune di Ala ci sono cose che sono dentro il centro abitato di Ala, e ci sono cose che sono fuori dal centro abitato di Ala, quindi distinguerle ha senso. -- Syrio posso aiutare? 00:23, 26 September 2024 (UTC)

per commons ha senso ma per le wiki credo di no... tipo su CEB io eviterei (anche perché poi compaiono elementi wikidata che vanno sistemati etc, come troppo spesso è successo e succede a causa delle traduzioni automatiche), difatti su itwiki non ci sono voci separate per il comune e il centro abitato omonimo mentre per le altre località o frazioni del comune sì. Ah ok, ma di ceb.wiki a me interessa poco in realtà; lì avevano deciso che questa cosa la volevano fare, per questo gliel'ho segnalato, ma si regolino come meglio credono (infatti gli ho scritto should/can). @Jmabel just the needed maintenance. imho the fact that is a laptop. DJ does not exclude the use of CDJ; in the picture you can clearly see a computer linked with the setup so that’s why. I'm not familiar at all with the categories in that area, but it seems to me the term "Laptop DJ" suggests someone who doesn't use turntables. Maybe a subcat or something else for those who are using both? People who use turntables usually see themselves as doing something different from "DJ Press Play" and would probably be insulted to be placed in that category just because a computer was part of their rig. - Jmabel ! talk 16:52, 5 October 2024 (UTC)

@Jmabel: technically it doesn't work like that but, the categoyy laptop djs (it means that the dj also use the pc, not that is a press play dj and stop) does not exclude the use of every other items/hardware for the setup and neither the possibility to add more categories. imho we dont actually need another subcat more specific or combining GioviPen ^{GP msg} 16:58, 5 October 2024 (UTC)

Wikimedia Commons is happy to announce that the 2024 Picture of the Year competition is now open. This year is the nineteenth edition of the annual Wikimedia Commons photo competition, which recognizes exceptional contributions by users on Wikimedia Commons. Wikimedia users are invited to vote for their favorite images featured on Commons during the last year (2024) to produce a single Picture of the Year.

Hundreds of images that have been rated Featured Pictures by the international Wikimedia Commons community in the past year are all entered in this competition. These images include professional animal and plant shots, breathtaking panoramas and skylines, restorations of historical images, photographs portraying the world's best architecture, impressive human portraits, and so much more.

For your convenience, we have sorted the images into topical categories. Two rounds of voting will be held: In the first round, you may vote for as many images as you like. As an organiser who already holds the “Event Organizer” rights on Wikimedia Commons and is using or exploring the Event Registration tool, we would greatly appreciate your participation.

The session will be led by Giovanna Fontenelle (WMF), Program Officer for Culture and Heritage at the Wikimedia Foundation.

Purpose of the session:

• To walk through the workflow of enabling registration for your events on CampaignEvents extension (via the Event Registration tool) on Event Center.
• To share best practices, tips, and examples from event organisers within the Wikimedia movement.
• To provide a space for questions, peer-sharing and support for organisers implementing registration workflows.
