Ti scrivo qui, forse dovevo essere più chiaro, ma avrei aspettato la conclusione di tutte le richieste di cancellazione immediata prima di aprire la richiesta di ripristino... ok grazie Friniate, comunque la mia impulsività è dovuta dal fatto che i file sono un po' collegati, e poi la motivazione dell'eliminazione è alquanto "discutibile", io per rispetto ho parloto di buona fede ma con sincerità mi sembrano eliminazioni alla carlona, potevano aprire una discussione con me. Mi sa che io e te non ci stiamo capendo... Il mio commento si riferiva a questa immagine, non a questa. Su quest'ultima anzi ti ho dovuto annullare, poiché hai violato la policy sugli overwriting aggiungendo il colore e migliorando in modo sostanziale la risoluzione (presumo con strumenti di AI o analoghi). Inoltre dato che non c'è un tmp di licenza, anche quell'immagine potrebbe benissimo essere in copyviol.

Per favore, leggi le policy (anche quella sull'IA), il fatto che qualcuno dei file che hai caricato andasse probabilmente cancellato per via ordinaria e non immediata non significa che il resto delle cose che hai fatto andasse bene. Friniate (talk) 15:59, 14 May 2026 (UTC)

ok le lascio qui. Comunque potrei capire tante creazioni messe in giro, ma se le lascio qui su Commons perché borderline? Qui è pieno di milioni di immagini, l'importante è ordinarle in categorie e pagine, la molteplicità delle immagini orfane su Commons secondo me aiuta l'utente (e perché no anche il lettore). @Friniate riguardo i due files, File:Opening credits of Enter the Dragon.png e File:Dedication to Bruce Lee in the end credits of the documentary 李小龍的生與死.png, ancora in discussione posso modificarli come hai fatto tu con File:Enter the Dragon.jpg per facilitarne la riammissione? Sul messaggio prima, leggi Commons:Project scope. Commons non contiene qualsiasi cosa, ma solo immagini con un potenziale valore educativo. Con l'IA si possono fare infinite varianti di immagini in PD, qualcuna può avere senso, la maggior parte no. Friniate (talk) 22:06, 14 May 2026 (UTC)

Sugli opening credits comunque tieni conto che il motivo del mio annullamento è stato principalmente il fatto che hai sovrascritto la versione modificata sul file originale. Tutte le versioni modificate dovrebbero essere esplicitamente contrassegnate come tali (vedi policy che ti avevo linkato ieri) e fatte su file a parte. Friniate (talk) 22:11, 14 May 2026 (UTC)

@Friniate scusa non ho capito, in che senso avrei sovrascritto sul file originale, io ho colorato l'immagine precedente. Il file originale, come puoi vedere dalla descrizione, è questo io invece, dal File:Enter the Dragon.jpg, ho preso questa immagine l'ho colorata e ho pubblicato quest'altra (e poi tu hai ripristinato quella in bianco e nero). Comunque, adesso pensandoci meglio, mi rendo conto che non avevo bisogno di colorarla, perché se guardi la fonte del File:Enter the Dragon.jpg è il File:Hong Kong 1986 002.jpg, quindi mi sarebbe bastato, semplicemente, prendere la foto originale della fonte e aggiungere la scritta Enter the Dragon. Eh, appunto. Aggiungere il colore e aumentare la nitidezza (presumo con IA, ma anche senza IA è uguale) non rientrano tra i minor changes, quindi non puoi sovrascrivere, ma al massimo caricare un nuovo file. Friniate (talk) 11:20, 15 May 2026 (UTC)

Il primo caricamento, per definizione, non è una sovrascrittura. Più che altro è discutibile la seconda versione, quella attuale, almeno però lì è stato fatto dallo stesso utente che ha caricato la prima. Friniate (talk) 12:17, 15 May 2026 (UTC)

@Friniate anche il secondo (riproposto attualmente) era dello stesso utente. Il problema del primo caricamento è la scritta Enter the Dragon, orrenda anche perché si discosta dal carattere usato dal film, ecco perché la ratio della seconda immagine, non tanto per lo sfondo ma dalla scritta, almeno secondo me. Ergo per aggiustare il file e riportarlo a coerenza dovremmo riproporre il primo caricamento cambiando solo la scritta Enter the Dragon con i caratteri uguale all'immagine attuale.
