Copies function of Category:Style formatting templates but without all the applicable license layout tags and classes that call bots for maintenace and monitoring etc. To not mess with the maintenance categories but still get base styles that look good. To start with and adjust from there. Use to style HTML/wikitables (old) or to style ‎<div> tags (better).
