Wikipe-tan astronaut issue

I think that since Wikipe-tan is depicted as an astronaut, and up until now I’ve simply added her main category to “fictional [whatever]” whenever she is depicted as [whatever], it would make more sense to just put the main category in “fictional astronauts” and the two individual files in a subcategory, “Wikipe-tan as an astronaut” (if they need to be kept together somehow). That’s fine then. As for Wikipe-tan being bi: the two specific files are File:Wikipe-tan Loves Pride!.png File:WikiPride Banner.png. She has also been shipped with both female and male characters, and is listed as bisexual in the fan game Strip Poker Night at the Inventory. Since these are all freely licensed and on Commons in some form that’s the closest thing to “canon” I think is possible with an open-source character. I also just like Wikipe-tan being queer and don’t see any downside to treating her as such. Dronebogus (talk) 22:16, 3 April 2026 (UTC)
