Please update File:Incest legislation.svg

Currently File:Incest legislation.svg has many obvious errors (does not match w:Legality of incest#Table, the sources are already in that article), many illegal countries shown as legal, including Albania, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Chile, Colombia, Croatia, Cuba, Kazakhstan, Laos, Myanmar, Nepal, North Korea, North Macedonia, Singapore, South Africa, Taiwan, Vietnam, etc. there are too many errors in the current map, please fix them, thanks. 220.132.216.52 12:39, 15 February 2025 (UTC)

Please update File:Visa requirements for Swiss citizens.svg

Could you please update the map, which you've recently edited? I've indeed noticed it isn't up to date for Chad, Cuba, The Gambia, Iran, Iraq, Mauritania, Senegal, Syria, Viet Nam and Zambia (and maybe Zimbabwe too, not clear if it's only visa on arrival, or a choice between the latter and eVisa). Thank you in advance! 109.164.195.131 13:58, 10 March 2025 (UTC)

Update request

Hello, Mastersun25.

Can you add the border of South Sudan, which became independent in 2011, in File:Cypron-Range Panthera onca.svg and File:ITCZ january-july.png?

Update request 2

Hello, Mastersun25.

Can you update File:Burka ban world map.svg by coloring Kyrgyzstan in dark red? On 1 February 2025, Kyrgyzstan has fully banned the wearing of the face veil (burka and nikab) in public.

Can you also color Turkmenistan in dark red (also in File:Full-face veils ban in Europe.svg where it appears in the bottom right corner), because it bans the wearing of any Islamic headgear and clothing in public?

Can you color Kazakhstan in purple, because it bans the wearing of religious headgear and clothing in schools, which definitely includes the face veil (burka and nikab)?

Can you remove the border of the breakaway state of Nagorno-Karabakh, which ceased to exist in 2023 after Azerbaijan took all of it?

Visa requirements for Moroccan citizens

Hello Mastersun25, I noticed that you're the last person who edited the visa requirements map for Moroccans. Would you be so kind to match the new changes that are made in the table below the map, since the user who usually updates it is currently inactive ? The countries in question are : Andorra, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Namibia, Oman, San Marino, Syria, Somaliland (since it's separate in this version of the map), UAE, Zambia. Ghana is also now visa-free to Moroccans. Source : https://www.africanews.com/2025/03/24/ghana-and-morocco-move-to-scrap-visa-requirements//

Request to update map

Hi, I noticed the that the file European Conservatives and Reformists Party members map.svg includes the Republic of Artsakh, which was dissolved on 1 January 2024. Could you update the map to remove Artsakh so it reflects current political geography? Thanks. Rayman4SB (talk) 06:07, 12 August 2025 (UTC)

Update request

Hello, Mastersun25.

In File:Orthodoxy by Country.svg and File:World Orthodoxy.JPG, can you get rid of the color pink of the Armenian Apostolic Church within Azerbaijan, as it ceased to exist there in 2023 with the collapse of the breakaway Republic of Artsakh and the Flight of Nagorno-Karabakh Armenians, and color the country only in the lightest blue representing the Eastern Orthodox Church (Russian Orthodox and Georgian Orthodox churches), which in total makes up 1% percent of the population of Azerbaijan? In File:Orthodoxy by Country.svg, can you also add the border of South Sudan, which became independent in 2011, and color it in grey, as there is no Christian Orthodox community present there?

Correction Request

Dear Mastersun25.

Can you remove the ceasefire line of the Donbass, because it became obsolete after the Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022, in File:Ukraine Russia Locator in Europe.svg, File:Eurobarometer states Autumn 2024 by EU membership status.svg, File:Ukraine Security Cooperation Agreements Europe.svg, File:Psilocybe medullosa distribution.svg and File:Empty map of Europe.svg? Can you also remove the other de facto borders, such as inside Moldova and Georgia, as well in these maps?

Dear Mastersun25.

Can you update File:Exclaves of Qazakh.png? Four Azerbaijani villages, Baghanis Ayrum (Bağanıs Ayrım), Ashaghi Askipara (Aşağı Əskipara), Kheyrimli (Xeyrımlı), and Ghizilhajili (Qızılhacılı), which were under Armenian occupation between 1992-2024, were returned by Armenia to Azerbaijan on 24 May 2024. Hundreds of images that have been rated Featured Pictures by the international Wikimedia Commons community in the past year are all entered in this competition. These images include professional animal and plant shots, breathtaking panoramas and skylines, restorations of historical images, photographs portraying the world's best architecture, impressive human portraits, and so much more.

Map problem

Hi Mastersun25 - the map File:Geographical distribution of Onchocerciasis, including previously endemic countries.svg has a long-standing (since its first upload) formatting problem with Kenya. Could you correct it, please? I can't as I don't have svg-editing software. Asking as I saw you have worked on this file before. Thanks! - MPF (talk) 00:28, 12 April 2026 (UTC)

Announcing the Winners of Picture of the Year 2025!

Hi everyone,

Wikimedia Commons is pleased to finally announce the winners of this year's Picture of the Year 2025 contest! We had some truly incredible finalists to choose from, but the community has spoken.

Here are your top three winning images:

You can view the full results and see where all your favorite images placed here: Full 2025 Results

I also want to highlight what an incredible turnout we had. In the second round, we saw a massive jump in both the number of users voting and the total votes cast. We had exactly 13,979 votes cast by 3,509 users! To put that in perspective, last year we had 7,403 votes from 2,837 users. It is amazing to see that level of growth and community engagement.

Thank you to everyone who voted, helped organize, and generally made the contest such a huge success this year!

Regards,
ZI Jony
