Regarding my permissions

@أسامة الساعدي: Hello, I haven't questioned your inactivity or the reasoning behind it, I simply processed a removal on request of a local bureaucrat per arwiki's local inactivity policy. Since the policy was met in this case, the rights were removed, as the stewards can only abide by local consensus and policies when processing requests regardless of the circumstances. Stewards do not restore removed permissions, so that I leave to the local arwiki bureaucrats if they find it appropriate to do so. @فيصل: Courtesy ping to you. Hi EPIC, The permission was removed based on the local Arabic Wikipedia policy, which does not provide for any exceptions in this regard. Accordingly, the removal of the permission was the correct and proper action under the policy, and this has already been carried out. The permission cannot be restored unless there is a clear community decision to do so or by opening a new admin nomination, after which the local bureaucrats would implement that decision. Hello, I requested to have my user account unlocked through UTRS, but I subsequently lost the access key for my unlock request. I don't see any current autoblocks at cawiki, but your global lock was converted to a global block by the stewards per the UTRS ticket. There aren't any special conditions, just that your block has been exempted at cawiki and Meta to offer you a chance to prove that you have learned for the better. I was reviewing the log of changes after the cleanup yesterday to make sure no data had been accidentally lost and I ran into 2 potential mistakes out of thousands. This is low priority, but wanted to notify you, in case it should be deleted again.

Information about the recent security incident

Hello, we are sending this message to inform you that your account was one of 97 registered Wikimedia accounts affected by malicious code as part of a recent security incident. This occurred only because you visited Meta-Wiki at a specific time.

This incident was caused by a malicious user script "worm" that was unintentionally activated during a security review by the Wikimedia Foundation staff. The worm modified MediaWiki:Common.js, causing Meta-Wiki visitors to edit or delete various pages during the approximately 23 minutes that this worm was operational.

We have analyzed the malicious user script and reviewed our internal and public logs. We have found no evidence that your account credentials were compromised, or that your account was used to conduct any other actions on Wikimedia projects besides editing or deleting random pages. We have no reason to believe that Wikipedia was under attack, or that any information about your account was breached as part of this incident.

All edits caused by the script have been reverted, and the deleted pages have been restored.

My account has been blocked

Hi, I am User:Not without text (notwithouttext on both Gmail and Discord) and I was globally locked in January. If you have previously seen my tickets, I am sorry if this is disruptive; it is just that I haven't gotten a response yet from the stewards on why my account was blocked. This isn't specifically to you; I just thought that you would be the best person to discuss with on this matter. I believe what had happened was that I carelessly signed into my account on a school network, which was definitely a mistake on my part, and I would assume it probably connected me to other accounts signed on that had been abusive. I will not do this again, and I will continue to never do any abuse or vandalism when editing Wikipedia. You can check that I have only made 14 edits, all of which were valid contributions to the articles that have stayed.

If you still find my account to be suspicious, I fully understand that. I haven't been making a good case for myself, especially since I sent my first two appeals in a relatively short time span, since I hadn't realized the two pages for making appeals went to the same source. I would just like to understand if I can edit any longer or if there is some way I can prove myself.
