Estimado Jordi, un placer en conocerle. No tengo mucha experiencia con los Commons, pero me gustaría tener más. Encontré esta excelente imagen hoy y noté algunos pequeños errores. No sé si estaría dispuesto a hacer la corrección o si es mejor que yo intente. Los problemas son: 1) En inglés, el ombligo se conoce como "navel" más formalmente o "belly button" informalmente. Aunque es muy cierto que la cuerda umbilical conecta con el cuerpo allí, una vez cortada, no se utiliza el término "umbilical" para referir al ombligo. Clínicamente, se puede usar el término "umbilicus" de Latín, pero no es un término común y poca gente lo va a entender. Yo recomendaría "navel" en este contexto. 2) El término "abdominal" es casi exclusivamente un adjetivo en inglés. El término para el abdomen en inglés es, de hecho, idéntico al español: "abdomen".
